1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
1.1 The Chair welcomed the Members to the meeting.
1.2 Jenny Rathbone MS declared an interest as Chair of the European Monitoring Committee from 2013 – 2015.
1.3 The Chair thanked Anthony Barrett and Mike Usher for their contributions to Welsh public sector audit and their roles in supporting the Committee. He wished them both well, on behalf of the Committee, following their recent departure from Audit Wales.
